Job summary

EXPERT in Dubai is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at a fast-growing confectionery manufacturer in Jebel Ali Free Zone. You will oversee mechanical systems installation, operation, and maintenance to optimize production efficiency and ensure equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial food manufacturing environments, strong mechanical design knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams on new equipment setups

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with AutoCAD and mechanical design software.
• Practical exposure to equipment like pumps, gearboxes, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Design, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
• Perform load and thermal calculations.
• Participate in installation, assembly, and testing of equipment.
• Analyze failures and provide technical solutions.
• Work on drafting, drawing interpretation, and documentation.
