Workato is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for our Dibba-El-Fujairah operations. The role involves designing, developing, and producing machinery and components, with emphasis on reliability, safety, and meeting production targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of hands-on experience, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on site in the United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Mechanical Engineer.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new machinery components
• Creating schematics and technical drawings
• Conducting research and development activities
• Testing prototypes to ensure proper functioning
• Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshooting any malfunctions or problems with machines
• Assisting with the installation and maintenance of machinery
