Job description

Position

Define the correct maintenance tasks for the relevant product, perform inspections in order to assess the component conditions and ensure proper solution to all mechanical issues during the whole Service lifecycle. Perform gas turbine inspection, assessments, analyses and technical assistance

Main responsibilities
  • Execute inspection / fact finding tasks
  • Provide recommendations for replacement, repair and preventive maintenance actions
  • Identify and highlight technical risks
  • Support field execution of repair activities and the resolution of NCR
  • Identify improvements in maintenance practices, repair procedures, design of components to improve maintainability
  • Define Outages Scope of Work and Inspection Test Plans in coordination with other divisions
  • Contribute to documentation, finding analyses, experience based knowledge, root cause analysis and tool improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent education
  • Know how in turbine fundamentals and use of assessment tools
  • Fluent in English
