Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai seeks an Auto Mechanic with 3–5 years of workshop experience to perform assigned mechanical tasks accurately and efficiently. The role requires reading and understanding English, basic computer literacy, and a strong commitment to safety.

You will diagnose, service, and repair vehicles, ensuring high quality workmanship and timely completion while maintaining a clean work environment. Immediate joiner preferred and full-time position offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a mechanical specialist in a reputed workshop.
• Able to read, understand and write in English to comprehend and process job cards and training material.
• Basic computer skills for workshop systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned mechanical tasks according to specifications and time standards.
• Provide high quality workmanship to ensure client satisfaction and minimize rework.
• Conduct high quality checks as needed.
• Raise demand for additional components and obtain labor approval.
• Ensure use of safety gear and adherence to safety and environmental procedures.
• Maintain tidiness of the workplace, tools, and the customer’s vehicle.
• Inform the Workshop foreman or Supervisor and document incidents if any occur.
• Plan and organize jobs on a priority basis when handling multiple tasks.
• Ensure accurate vehicle examination and diagnosis.
• Identify and correct wheel alignment related issues.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
