A leading global consumer health company in Dubai is seeking a MEA OTC Category & Pharmacy GTM Lead. This role involves strategic ownership of the GTM plan, including commercial strategies and execution excellence for category developments. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in category planning and shopper marketing, particularly within FMCG brands in the MEA region. The position offers a chance to drive innovation and enhance market engagement through collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years experience in Category Planning or MS&P role.
  • 5-10 years experience with FMCG/FMCH brands in MEA/Turkey.
  • Strong commercial skills in developing Price & Pack Architecture.
  • Successful NPD development & launch experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and embed the GTM strategy for pharmacy.
  • Define focus SKUs for the NRM team.
  • Deliver and track top innovations across categories.
  • Localize global shopper toolkits for GTM plans.
  • Develop pharmacy activation plans for new product launches.
