Job summary

Ipsen MEA Finance Controller role supports financial performance, compliance and operational efficiency across the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with budget holders and cross-functional teams to drive budgeting, forecasting and governance in alignment with Ipsen policies.

The role requires FP&A know-how, strong accounting controls, and proficiency with ERP tools such as IBM TM1 and Excel. Based in Dubai, it is a full-time Finance position serving GCC and MEA markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and month-end performance management.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders across a geographically diverse region.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, internal controls, and governance requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (TM1, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to Commercial, Medical, Market Access and Support Functions across the MEA region.
• Manage the preparation and consolidation of Budgets, Forecasts and Long-Range Plans.
• Drive monthly performance reviews and provide insights to management.
