Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Master Data Management, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience with Stibo STEP or comparable MDM platforms.
• Experience configuring, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with global stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the MDM platform.
• Configure and maintain Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, validations, and data models.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable MDM solutions.
• Develop enhancements that improve data quality, process efficiency, and user experience.
• Onboard new master data domains and data management capabilities.
• Ensure platform configurations align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Investigate incidents, defects, and service requests.
• Design, develop, and support integrations between Stibo STEP and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners and data architects to prioritise improvements.
