Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Midwifery or Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery with Bachelor in Nursing
- Bachelor in Nursing with postgraduate or Master’s in Obstetrics/Maternal Nursing is required
- Master of Science in Midwifery is desirable
Responsibilities
- Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance and managing daily treatment schedules.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Solving staffing issues and shortages.
- Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition and monitoring pregnant women. Undertaking antenatal care in hospitals.
- Ensuring the unit meets company guidelines.
- Completing admission and discharge forms.
- Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed.
- Communicating l issues with the director of nursing.
- Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff.
