Job summary

ALSTOM in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Site Material Planner to optimize our materials flow. You will create material planning documents in the GSI Alstom ERP and relay delivery requirements to suppliers, coordinating with internal and external networks to meet SLAs.

You will work with cross-functional teams across the business, ensuring accurate data, contributing to continuous improvement, and upholding our service standards while supporting a secure and efficient rail operations network.

Qualifications

• Academic diploma in any subject; Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience or understanding of Supply Chain processes and tools.
• Knowledge of ERP tools focusing on Materials Management module.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and BI tools.
• Fluency in English; strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute materials planning processes.

• Communicate delivery requirements to suppliers.

• Represent the site when interacting with suppliers.
