Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Materials Management specialist responsible for cataloguing, SPIR reviews, and ensuring materials meet maintenance and project requirements.

You will coordinate inspections, reconcile items with suppliers, maintain master data accuracy, and support procurement decisions to ensure timely availability of spares and critical equipment.

Proficiency with ERP tools (MAXIMO/ORACLE/SAP) and strong collaboration with warehouse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree with relevant discipline.
• 8 years of experience in materials management including cataloguing, standardization, inventory, SPIR review, technical evaluation, and inspection, ideally in oil/gas or petrochemical.
• ERP experience (MAXIMO/ORACLE/SAP) and strong computer skills (spreadsheets and databases).

Responsibilities

• Ensures engineering standards in procurement of maintenance spares and general materials.
• Performs SPIR reviews, verifications, and technical clarifications for procurement.
• Coordinates inspections and reconciliations with users, warehouses, and suppliers; advises on material discrepancies.
