Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a Materials Assistant in Abu Dhabi to support warehouse operations within the oil and gas sector. You will receive, unload, and organize materials, ensuring safe handling and accurate labeling for storage and transport.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of material handling experience with English proficiency. MHE certification is preferred, and a 60/30 rotation applies with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Material Handling, Warehouse Operations, or Inventory Management within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in English.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare, package, and secure materials for storage and transportation.
• Coordinate with transportation teams for timely dispatch of materials.
• Ensure accurate labeling and shipment documentation.
• Monitor container condition and integrity during handling; Maintain records of received and dispatched materials.
• Support inventory tracking and material movement reporting.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and standards.
