About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Facial & Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide professional facial and body treatments tailored to clients’ individual needs, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in line with the salon’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of facial treatments (cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, anti-aging facials, etc.) according to skin type and client concerns.
• Provide full-body and targeted massage therapies, including relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy techniques.
• Conduct detailed skin analysis and recommend appropriate salon treatments and retail products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms and tools in accordance with salon policies and UAE health regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Keep updated with skincare and massage trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Assist in promoting facial and spa packages, upselling additional treatments when appropriate.
• Prepare treatment areas, manage schedules, and ensure smooth client flow during busy hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certification in facial and/or massage therapy from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional salon or spa environment (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of skin types, anatomy, and product ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and client-focused approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and create a calming environment.
