Job summary

Workato is seeking a Mason to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time role that welcomes candidates with minimal work experience and offers excellent benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

You will prepare materials, lay foundations and walls, install anchors, cut bricks and stones with power tools, and repair masonry as needed while maintaining safety on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of masonry experience or related fields such as carpentry or construction.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local building codes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for masonry projects such as brick, tile, stone, etc.
• Lay out concrete foundations and walls according to plans.
• Install anchors in walls or foundations as needed.
• Cut bricks/stones/tiles using power tools such as saws or grinders.
• Repair or replace existing masonry structures when necessary.
• Inspect worksites for potential safety hazards and address any issues immediately.
• Follow safety protocols at all times while on the job site
