Job summary

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mason to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and with minimal supervision. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide variety of materials. This position is open to immigrants without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform masonry tasks such as bricklaying, block laying, and stonework
• Prepare materials for installation by cutting, shaping, and trimming them as needed
• Construct walls, buildings, pathways, and other structures using a variety of masonry techniques
• Follow building plans and instructions from supervisors accurately and efficiently
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition by performing regular inspections and repairs as needed
• Comply with safety regulations while on the job

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mason or similar role in the construction industry is preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of basic mathematics or geometry to accurately calculate measurements
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects regularly
