Main Job Task – Masonry Maintenance & Civil Works:

• Carry out masonry repairs, block work, plastering, tiling and civil maintenance works across residential and commercial properties.
• Perform wall repairs, crack filling, rendering, waterproofing and surface finishing as required.
• Install and repair ceramic tiles, floor tiles, wall tiles and interlock paving.
• Carry out concrete repair works, floor screeding and minor structural maintenance.
• Repair damaged walls, ceilings, partitions, steps, kerbs and other civil structures.
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections to identify civil defects and maintenance requirements.
• Attend assigned maintenance requests and complete jobs within the specified timeline.
• Support renovation, refurbishment and fit-out projects with masonry and finishing works.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of masonry tools, equipment and construction materials.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding work progress, site conditions and material requirements.
• Complete job cards, maintenance reports and daily work documentation accurately.
• Conduct site inspections and report structural defects requiring further attention.
• Follow company safety policies, work procedures and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain professional communication with tenants, clients and site representatives.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of all assigned maintenance activities.
• Report major civil defects, material shortages and safety concerns immediately to the department.
