Job summary

Hilton Dubai is seeking a skilled Mason to maintain and enhance the hotel’s facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and a memorable guest experience. You’ll work across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry to keep the property in top condition.

You will respond quickly to guest and team member requests, perform preventive maintenance, and document all inspections and repairs. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and building systems.
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance procedures.
• Ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks across trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities to ensure functionality and safety of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

As a Mason, you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
