What You’ll Be Doing

The Marketing trainee supports the end-to-end execution of marketing activities for brands, ensuring alignment with global guidelines, seamless campaign delivery, and impactful brand presence across both online and offline channels.

  • Immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast‑paced company where creativity, collaboration, and innovation are key to success
  • Gain hands‑on experience working across multiple aspirational luxury brands, each with a unique positioning and audience
  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and consumer behaviour to support marketing planning and identifying new opportunities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, in‑store activations, and partnerships across key retail locations and digital channels
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the marketing team, including content calendars, asset coordination, and reporting
  • Work with agency partners when needed on campaign implementation and performance tracking
  • Fully own a brand‑focused project if needed, from research and ideation to final presentation to senior marketing leaders
  • Gain cross‑functional exposure through collaboration with merchandising, retail, and digital teams
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Passionate about fashion, retail, and lifestyle brands, with a strong desire to build a career in marketing
  • Understand the younger fashion consumer in the region and is in the know of current trends
  • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in a fast‑moving, ever‑evolving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team‑oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn from experienced marketing professionals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools is a plus
  • Prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or retail is an advantage
