- Own the creative direction for all social media and content output.
- Script and storyboard 3–5 short‑form videos weekly that define the KENSINGTON tone.
- Write posts, hooks, captions, and ad copy that inspire belief and action.
- Lead content sprints with the videographer and designer to turn ideas into premium visuals.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to align creative with data and ROI.
- Audit weekly content for precision, tone, and engagement metrics; iterate fast.
- Research luxury and real‑estate trends to keep our storytelling one step ahead.
- Manage the content calendar and publish with discipline, speed, and purpose.
