You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, creative direction, and content delivery across paid search, paid social, and SEM, while partnering with agencies to plan, buy, and optimise media. With expertise in SEO/SEM, digital ad buying, and CRM tools, you’ll drive lead generation, brand growth, and measurable results. PR knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated performance marketing campaigns with clear KPIs

  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to maximise results
  • Optimise websites, funnels, and digital assets for conversions
  • Support sales and investor relations with marketing collateral
  • Apply PR knowledge to amplify campaigns and manage reputation
Qualifications
  • 6 years’ experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, and campaign management (B2B fintech, SaaS, financial services preferred)
  • Proven success with paid search, paid social, SEM, and programmatic campaigns
