About the Job

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, positioning, and commercial success across all customer touchpoints. Reporting to the Area Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth across the company’s hotels, resorts, restaurants, and leisure offerings.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on—capable of balancing creative storytelling with data‑driven decision‑making, while ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company’s business goals and brand standards.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Master’s degree or specialized hospitality marketing certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or luxury consumer brands.
• Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns and measurable ROI delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and creative production.
• Creative mindset with strong visual and copywriting sense.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
