About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and creative marketing initiatives for our perfume brand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury or beauty marketing, a keen sense of brand storytelling, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the fragrance market.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the fragrance market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — packaging, digital, retail, and PR.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Product Launch & Campaign Management
  • Lead 360° marketing campaigns for new fragrance launches — including concept development, creative direction, and media planning.
  • Collaborate with product development, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, influencers, and media partners.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Plan and monitor paid media campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
  • Create storytelling-driven content strategies that reflect the brand’s identity and heritage.
Retail & Trade Marketing
  • Support retail activations, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale materials to enhance customer experience.
  • Partner with distributors and retail partners to drive brand visibility and performance.
Analytics & Budget Management
  • Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and influencer strategies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CRM, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of fragrance trends and consumer behavior in the beauty/luxury sector.
  • Bilingual (English and [other language]) preferred for global markets.
