About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and creative marketing initiatives for our perfume brand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury or beauty marketing, a keen sense of brand storytelling, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the fragrance market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the fragrance market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — packaging, digital, retail, and PR.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Product Launch & Campaign Management
- Lead 360° marketing campaigns for new fragrance launches — including concept development, creative direction, and media planning.
- Collaborate with product development, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, influencers, and media partners.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.
- Plan and monitor paid media campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
- Create storytelling-driven content strategies that reflect the brand’s identity and heritage.
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Support retail activations, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale materials to enhance customer experience.
- Partner with distributors and retail partners to drive brand visibility and performance.
Analytics & Budget Management
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods.
- Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and influencer strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of fragrance trends and consumer behavior in the beauty/luxury sector.
- Bilingual (English and [other language]) preferred for global markets.
