Job summary

Elevate, the UAE-based lifestyle real estate development arm of One Group, is seeking a Marketing Manager for their Dubai team. You will drive integrated marketing across brand and developments, balancing digital performance, social media, content, events, production and emerging technology.

The role requires hands-on execution, commercial acumen, and strong collaboration with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and launches, including Mondrian Al Marjan

Qualifications

• Experience delivering integrated marketing across brand, digital, social, events and production.
• Strong ability to manage agencies, suppliers and multiple internal stakeholders.
• CRM-driven marketing and lead generation experience preferred.
• Comfort with AI tools and marketing tech to improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, OOH and other channels.
• Manage digital and performance marketing, including paid media, lead generation, campaign optimization and reporting.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning and channel performance.
• Plan and deliver events, broker events, activations and brand experiences from concept to execution.
• Manage creative and content production including shoots, assets, print and collateral within budgets and timelines.
• Lead agencies and suppliers from briefing through delivery and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project launches and business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and ROI; translate data into recommendations.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Elevate team in Dubai and support the delivery of integrated marketing across our brand and developments. This is a hands-on role for someone commercially minded and digitally strong, with a solid understanding of modern marketing across brand, digital performance, social media, content, events, production and emerging technology.

What You Will Be Doing

• Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, OOH and other channels
• Managing digital and performance marketing, including paid media, lead generation, campaign optimisation and reporting
• Overseeing social media strategy, content planning and channel performance
• Planning and delivering events, project launches, broker events, activations and other brand experiences — coordinating internal teams, agencies and suppliers from concept through execution
• Managing creative and content production, including photo and video shoots, campaign assets, print and collateral, ensuring quality, timelines and budgets are maintained
• Managing creative, media, digital, social, events and production agencies and suppliers, from briefing and negotiation through delivery and performance evaluation
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to support project launches and business objectives
• Monitoring campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and ROI, translating data into clear recommendations
• Ensuring consistency and quality of the brand across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints
• Managing marketing budgets, timelines and multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Staying ahead of AI, marketing technology, automation and emerging digital trends, identifying practical ways to improve marketing effectiveness
• Monitoring competitor activity, market trends and customer behaviour to inform marketing decisions

What We Are Looking For

• 4-5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate development
• Strong experience across digital marketing, social media, integrated campaigns, events and production
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers and multiple internal stakeholders
• Good understanding of performance marketing, lead generation and CRM-driven marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and challenge campaign performance
• Comfortable using AI tools and modern marketing technologies as part of day-to-day marketing
• Strong project management skills, able to manage campaigns, events and productions simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• UAE/GCC real estate experience is a strong advantage
• Arabic speaker preferred
