As a key member of our organization you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth in this vibrant market.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and local market trends
  • Lead the creation and management of multi‑channel marketing campaigns ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Oversee social media strategy and content creation for platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high‑quality marketing materials and content
  • Manage the company’s website and blog ensuring up‑to‑date and engaging content
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Manage marketing budget and resources to maximize ROI
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation for various platforms
  • Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced dynamic environment
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends
  • Knowledge of the Dubai and UAE market is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle industries is beneficial but not required
