Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Russian and English, with the ability to create and adapt marketing content for Russian-speaking audiences. Experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning within financial services, investments, or related industries is preferred. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, with the ability to analyze performance metrics. Ability to manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on clear, professional, and inclusive messaging. Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in delivering marketing materials and campaigns.
