Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Residence Inn. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

The Marketing Manager at Marriott is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel, enhance brand awareness, drive revenue and ensure guest engagement. This role involves collaborating with sales operations and external partners to deliver targeted marketing campaigns that align with Marriott’s brand standards and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local and regional marketing plans to attract target markets and increase occupancy.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop promotional activities and special offers.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics; adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Coordinate events and community involvement activities to promote the property.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with Marriott’s brand standards and policies.
  • Prepare budgets and manage expenses related to marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities.
