About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of Jewellery and Watch Show (JWS). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing, event promotion, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role requires expertise in both digital and traditional channels, partnership management, stakeholder coordination, and content development. The candidate will bring a fresh approach to elevate JWS locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to promote JWS to their respective target audiences. stakeholders and industry consumers and lifestyle enthusiasts for JWS.
  • Lead the creative direction, messaging, and distribution of marketing materials across digital, print, social, and media platforms, ensuring campaigns are tailored to each audience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and media partners to deliver campaigns effectively and on schedule.
  • Drive audience acquisition, engagement, and lead generation through targeted digital campaigns, content marketing, and CRM initiatives for both events.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of compelling content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials, tailored for professional and consumer audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and content engagement, generating reports with actionable insights to optimise results across both B2B and B2C initiatives.
  • Support public relations activities, coordinate press engagement, and work closely with communications teams to enhance visibility for both events.
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to develop marketing tools that support pipeline development, conversions, and attendee acquisition.
  • Manage on-site branding, delegate experiences, and marketing fulfillment during events to ensure seamless audience engagement.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and consumer communities, to strengthen the brand presence and positioning of JWS.
Requirements
  • Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • A demonstrable relevant experience in event marketing, ideally within the B2B and B2C events or exhibitions industry.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Be able to work in an ever-changing, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organiseric skills and the ability to multitask given the different audiences and industries under this role.
  • Preferably have GCC experience.
