Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our client’s team at a prestigious resort in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, foster customer engagement and drive revenue growth. This role requires effective leadership as the Marketing Manager will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to execute successful campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development
  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the resort’s business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to gain customer insights and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Define target audiences and create tailored campaigns to engage them effectively.
Campaign Management
  • Lead the of marketing campaigns across diverse channels including digital, print, social media and events.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials such as ads, brochures and online content.
Brand Management
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.
  • Assess and enhance brand effectiveness to strengthen recognition and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand image across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy including SEO / SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns and paid advertising.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as website traffic and conversion rates to optimize digital growth.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement new tactics to boost engagement.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the marketing team to achieve both departmental and personal goals.
  • Work closely with sales, product and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
  • Provide clear communication, constructive feedback and guidance to the team for effective campaign.
Budget Management
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track and report spending, ROI and performance to senior management.
  • Optimize marketing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitor competitor activity and track customer behavior.
  • Generate regular performance reports to showcase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Event Planning & Coordination
  • Plan and execute events, conferences and trade shows to boost brand visibility and strengthen client relationships.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors and other stakeholders to ensure successful event.
Public Relations & Communication
  • Manage media relations and oversee public relations activities including press releases and influencer partnerships.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to maintain a positive brand image and manage crisis communications when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience with 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights etc.) and reporting.
  • Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities with a focus on managing multiple initiatives.
  • Data-driven decision-making and a creative mindset.
Preferred
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Expertise in brand management and corporate communications.
Work Environment

Location : Office-based with flexibility for remote work.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or evening work based on campaign requirements.

Travel

Occasional travel for events, conferences and client meetings.

Salary and Benefits

Salary : AED 7000 – AED 8000 per month
