Charterhouse is working exclusively with a leading leisure group that is looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to join their team based in Dubai.

About the Role

The Marketing Lead is responsible for leading marketing initiatives across an array of leisure brands, covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch growth. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on digital performance, partnerships, influencer programs, and event activations to drive awareness and footfall. Responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns, overseeing content and social strategies, as well as delivering 360° launch campaigns while ensuring measurable results and strong stakeholder relationships.

About You

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have 46 years of experience in digital-first marketing within entertainment, F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality in the UAE. Hands-on expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns is essential, along with a strong understanding of CAC, CTR, and ROAS. The candidate must have a creative mindset, cultural fluency with Gen Z and Millennial audiences, and experience in partnerships and event activations. Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential. The ideal candidate is strategic yet agile, commercially creative, and demonstrates an ownership mindset.
