Responsibilities

• Assist Marketing Manager in implementing sales and marketing strategies across rooms, residences, spa, dining, and facilities.
• Collaborate with sales, F&B, events, and spa teams to promote offers and events.
• Maintain and update photo/video bank for the hotel and facilities.
• Clean up and manage Account & Contact Database with regular audits.
• Support email campaigns and guest engagement via WhatsApp and email.
• Respond to guest inquiries within 24 hours and uphold a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor portfolio revenue and provide end-of-month performance reports.
• Help amplify online presence with social media content and reviews.

Under the guidance of our Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in implementing sales and marketing strategies across our diverse offerings including rooms residences spa pool fitness facilities restaurants bars and sustainability initiatives.

What will I be doing

As a Marketing Intern you will work closely with our Marketing Manager implementing sales and marketing strategies across our diverse offerings.

• Develop a deep understanding of our hotels unique selling points amenities and services as well as those of our competitors.
• Collaborate closely with sales food and beverage events and spa teams to promote special offers events and occasions.
• Maintain and clean up the photo and video bank for the hotel and its facilities.
• Maintain and enhance our Account & Contact Database by collecting and auditing data regularly.
• Proactively build and nurture customer relationships through various sales and marketing activities including email campaigns.
• Utilize WhatsApp and email to engage guests with promotions and updates.
• Ensure prompt responses to all guest inquiries within 24 hours.
• Uphold a positive attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
• Monitor the revenue and business production of your assigned portfolio providing end-of-month reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to amplify our online presence through increased reviews and engaging social media content including photos videos and Instagram stories.
• Provide valuable insights to the Marketing Manager on evolving marketing trends competitive analysis and innovative selling strategies.
• Participate in relevant Training and Development programs as recommended by senior management.
