Job summary

Accor is seeking a motivated marketing intern to support content creation and social media initiatives for luxury hospitality in Dubai. You will help translate campaign objectives into compelling angles for social, video, website and EDM content, while ensuring brand tone and visual identity are consistent across platforms.

• Manage content planning, publishing, captions, community management and performance tracking.
• Ensure content reflects brand tone, visual identity and luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy, guest permissions, and platform guidelines.
• Monitor platform trends and flag content formats.
• Write captions, copy for website and EDM, and SEO-optimized storytelling.
• Assist on managing creator collaborations from screening to analysis.
• Recommend improvements based on data and learnings.

Responsibilities

• Assist on building content plans aligned with the annual marketing calendar
• Translate campaign objectives into social, video, website, and EDM content angles
• Assist on managing content planning, publishing, captions, community management and performance tracking
• Ensure content reflects brand tone, visual identity and luxury hospitality standards
• Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy, guest permissions, and platform guidelines
• Monitor platform trends, benchmark competitors, and flag content formats
• Write captions, campaign copy, website copy, EDM content, and short-form storytelling optimized for SEO
• Assist on managing creator collaborations from screening to performance analysis
• Recommend improvements based on data, trends, and campaign learnings

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus
• Familiarity with photography/videography and editing software such as Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
