Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of 360° campaigns across digital, offline, and partner channels.

You will assist with product launches, brand campaigns, and activations, help create content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing collateral, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in MS Office and Canva is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Organization and planning.
• Self-motivated, reliable and eager to learn.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent command in MS Office.
• Digital Marketing experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of Canva / Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator will be an added advantage.
• Should be fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and partnership channels.
• Support product launches, brand campaigns, and marketing activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Help create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Update product related collateral, websites, e-catalogues, pre-qualification documents, presentations, customer newsletters, internal newsletters and other marketing material on regular basis in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Digital marketing: Plan and implement digital marketing strategy, social media strategy, email marketing, content development & manage the Yale & ASSA ABLOY websites
• Assist with events, exhibitions, customer visits, and other marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team.
