Job summary

AW Rostamani Holdings LLC is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan and execute campaigns across digital, print, and events in Dubai. You will develop materials, engage customers, and support sales growth while collaborating with Sales and Product teams.

The role requires 1–3 years of marketing experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

Job Purpose

To assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that promote the company’s products and services, enhance brand awareness and support sales growth. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to execute marketing campaigns and engage customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media content, and email newsletters.
• Manage and update content across the company’s social media platforms and website.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and media partners to support marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Support the Sales team with promotional materials and customer engagement initiatives.
• Organise and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors.
