Job summary

Medgrowth in Abu Dhabi seeks a results-driven Marketing Executive to lead digital marketing initiatives for a healthcare clinic. The role focuses on social media management, lead generation, and promoting the clinic’s healthcare brand across channels.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally within healthcare or medical services, with strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics. UAE market experience is highly preferred and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of marketing experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, aesthetics, or medical services.
• Previous UAE marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
• Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns from planning to reporting.
• Strong communication, content writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing data and improve campaign performance.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design/content tools is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels from planning to reporting.
• Manage social media accounts and content calendars, focusing on healthcare branding.
• Generate and nurture leads through targeted advertising and campaigns.
