Role Purpose

Expand our customer and market footprint by focusing on optimizing regional campaigns, promotional material, event execution and proper A&P management. The role is part of the Regional Marketing and BD team and would require the person to work closely with team members, regional peers and the respective country sales and marketing teams. The key criteria for success are the ability to make critical decisions on an ongoing basis through independent thinking, keen attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities and good communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, and exceptional project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation and execution of key marketing offline activities and events in the region not limited to end-customers and channel conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships of events and HCPs
  • Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Ensure achievement of all marketing activities with marketing / sales team in assigned markets
  • Manage and coordinate the sponsorship committee, event management platform
  • Monitor, consolidate and manage the marketing A&P EME budget via proper tools to ensure cost efficiency and maximize the ROI of the marketing spend
  • Effectively liaise, negotiate, and coordinate with external suppliers on aspects of market development (e.g., event organizers, venues, print production, corporate premiums, translating, publishing services, promotional material etc.)
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for all preparation and execution of all campaigns within the region
  • Assist Marketing and BD Head, Managers and Team with day-to-day marketing and administration tasks, travel, event bookings, logistics, organizing calendars, marketing projects, sponsorships, activities, promotional material, contracts with KOLs, managing internal folders, SharePoint up to date
  • Manage all promotional, non-promotional material, Veeva updated and active repository
  • Coordination with digital, communication and media publications for online and printing advertising
  • Advocate and support ESG initiatives, assist countries where required
  • Lead the creation, design, and publication in collaboration with digital communication and marketing team of all marketing and promotional materials newsletters, flyers, website content, banners, gimmicks etc
  • Manage the annual kick off meeting planning, preparation, and flawless execution
  • Set an example of best practice for the wider team advocating internal policies, workflows and collaboration
  • Recommend short and long-term corporate marketing goals and objectives
  • Develop and take ownership of Aspen brand experience and visual identity across all channels, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and company-related collaterals
Education Qualification And Experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in marketing
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Marketing skills : PR & events management, communication and digital marketing, project management - good experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently and a good team player
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. An outgoing and creative mind set along with good attention to detail
  • Fluent in English. bilingual is a plus
