A Marketing Communications Coordinator will coordinate web, public relations/ad, and creative efforts to promote our products and goodwill to external business partners and individual customers. Internally, the role will manage communication with other departments to assist with their marketing needs and help them achieve their objectives.

What will I be doing?

As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Copywriting, proofreading, and translation for web campaigns, mail magazines, press releases, ads and creative collateral
  • Communicate with vendors and help manage outsourcing projects
  • Assist in the management of purchase orders
  • Promotion code application and internal notification of media coverage
  • Support the Public Relations agency to execute annual PR activities including daily media relations, media sales calls & pitches, press conferences, media shoots and press tours
  • Coordinate internal activities and communications, such as media shooting arrangements with national/regional teams and the PR agency
  • Develop necessary collateral materials and media proofreading
  • Research recent timeshare and hotel market trends for the PR perspective
