We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support our Commercial Operations team across the MEA region. Based in Dubai, this role is central to managing the logistics, technical execution, and compliance of all events, congresses, trainings, and internal activities.

The role collaborates closely with internal teams, distributors, and customers—ensuring seamless planning, timely communication, and strict adherence to internal SOPs and E&C requirements. You will also lead social media execution, internal newsletters, distributor communications, and support global CX campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings strong project coordination skills, excellent MS Office capability, financial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. This position offers a high-impact opportunity to work across a dynamic regional commercial organization and contribute to delivering exceptional customer and team experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all the logistics and technical elements of all events, congresses, trainings and team activities.
  • Responsible for sharing and updating the activities planner.
  • Working closely with E&C for necessary escalation and approval requests for all activities engaging HCPs and sponsorship requests.
  • Ensure to comply with SOPs for procurement of all related materials respective to those activities.
  • Review marketing expenses with the finance team monthly; with a mindset of efficiency.
  • Running all social media posts on LinkedIn, internal newsletters and distributors communication.
  • Coordinate actions and campaigns with the global Customer Experience team.
  • Coordinate for all distributors related approvals on GetLeaning platform.
  • Coordinate all necessary logistics for distributors’ qualified trainings in the MEA Region.
Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Must be minimum a graduate with a 5 years’ experience in a similar job.
  • Analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Financial knowledge is preferred.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills; ability and flexibility to handle new tasks and shifting deadlines; and effective multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to see projects through from start to finish managing time, tasks, and other colleagues' involvement.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as track progress on a wide range of tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.
