The Role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and implementing our marketing strategies to strengthen the Minimalist’s presence. Working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments, you will help plan, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to devise, strategize, and refine effective marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Execute and implement marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.

  • Develop engaging written and visual content tailored for social media and digital platforms (IG, TT, FB).

  • Research and apply marketing trends, innovations, and best practices.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for improvement.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and deliver reports to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Build, manage, and nurture meaningful relationships with influencers and content creators to strengthen brand collaborations.


As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • At least 2, preferably 3+ years of experience in marketing in a UAE-based eCommerce startup or luxury goods/fashion/watches company.

  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and others.

  • Hands-on experience with Dropbox, Slack, Monday, and other relevant productivity software.

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, G-Suite, Adobe Suite and relevant social media and design softwares.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written).Communication skills in Arabic are a significant advantage.
