What will you be doing?
  • Build authentic relationships with finance leaders and customers to discover great stories.
  • Capture video testimonials, write story briefs, and manage social proof content.
  • Coordinate shoots, events, and creative collaborations that celebrate customer success.
  • Manage gifting, recognition, and community initiatives to deepen customer engagement.
  • Maintain a library of customer videos, quotes, and stories for brand campaigns.
What do you need?
  • 2–4 years in marketing, brand, or customer advocacy (ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience producing or coordinating video/social content.
  • A people-first mindset — you love building rapport and capturing authentic stories
