Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities and ensure that all property listings and campaigns are managed in an appropriate, cost-effective way.

Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing property listings on platforms like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
  • Handling all administrative tasks, including securing Madhmoun permits for listing promotions.
  • Meeting with account managers from key property portals to optimize listings.
  • Identifying and developing new business collaborations.
  • Conducting competitive research to inform strategy and adapting marketing plans based on market changes.
  • Analyzing data and insights to optimize campaign performance and prepare monthly budget reports.
  • Working with agents to coordinate marketing campaigns and support their advertising needs.
Skills and Requirements
