Qualifications

Education:

• Bacheloru2019s degree in Market Research or any relevant degree
• Certifications specific to qualitative or quantitative research principles would be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum three yearsu2019 work experience in a similar role (e.g. as a market research or insights analyst, customer analytics specialist, etc.) within medium to large service organizations.
• Prior professional experience and exposure to quantitative research methods and data analysis is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience in a market research agency or consultancy will be considered an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of research methodology, developing research questionnaires, and customer data management is preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with organisation, tabulation, and graphical representation.
