Qualifications

UAE National (Emirati) with a Family Book.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related discipline.
Experience in market research, business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or similar field preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and needs.
Analyze market, customer, and business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop reports, dashboards, forecasts, and presentations to support decision-making.
Monitor industry developments, technological innovation, and regulatory changes affecting energy.
Partner with sales, marketing, strategy, and business teams to integrate insights into plans.
Utilize tools like Power BI, Salesforce, and Copilot to enhance reporting and analysis.
Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements when required.
