Job summary

Veson Nautical is seeking a Project Manager-Consultant to lead cross-functional teams on client software implementations in the maritime and commodity trading sector from Dubai. You will drive delivery, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and ensure clear stakeholder communication across the project lifecycle.

Expect up to 80% travel (with site-based work in Abu Dhabi and other locations). You will develop deep understanding of client business models and Veson’s software to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

4+ years as a Project Manager delivering end-to-end enterprise software implementations.
Fluent English and Arabic; strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
Degree and formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP or similar).

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver client software implementations.
Manage scope, timelines and budgets; drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
Maintain transparent communication across stakeholders and escalations as needed.
Create and maintain project documentation; monitor risks and actions throughout lifecycle.
