Job summary

ADNOC Logistics and Services in Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Marine Projects Manager - Shipbuilding. You will lead ship design and construction from concept to delivery, coordinating shipyards, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with full HSE compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor in Engineering or Management, PMP certification, and 5–10 years in marine project management; experience as Marine Engineer or Chief Engineer is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Management required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• 5–10 years in project management, preferably shipbuilding or marine projects.
• Experience as Marine Engineer / Chief Engineer / Ship Superintendent or Classification Society Surveyor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipbuilding projects from concept to delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams including shipyards, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure schedules, budgets, and quality meet contracts and HSE standards.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and project closeout documentation.
• Coordinate tender and contract documentation and handle variations.
