Job summary

A leading maritime company in UAE is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage documents and assist in operations planning. Responsibilities include coordinating tasks across departments and maintaining schedules. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Maritime Studies and has at least 3 years of experience in the marine industry. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Marine industry in UAE.
  • Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage operational documents.
  • Assist the Director - Operations in planning and coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations and other departments.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as required.
  • Coordinate with port authorities when needed.
