Qualifications

• Minimum of four to six years administrative experience in a Marine Licensed crewing role.
• Strong sense of urgency and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Licensed Marine crew based on regulatory requirements.
• Manage deployments and training of marine crew.
• Maintain employee files and prepare HR metrics.
