Trelleborg Marine & Infrastructure is seeking a Sales Engineer- Marine Systems in Dubai to bridge engineering solutions with customer needs. You will drive regional sales, understand technical and commercial requirements, and deliver value-driven engineered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
• 3-5 years proven experience in sales, project engineering or equivalent, ideally marine sector
• Salesperson with minimum 3 years in sales, project, commercial or management in marine/related industry

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic objectives: conferences, seminars, local advertising
• Develop relations with regional partners, consultants, agents, industry bodies, end-users
• Convert leads and inquiries into opportunities and quotations
• Ensure CRM data is complete and updated weekly
• Provide technical expertise and tailor solutions for customers
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close sales deals
• Support post-sales activities and client relationship management
• Attend industry events to promote products and services
• Capture voice of the client in quality system
