Job summary

PALFINGER MARINE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a highly motivated Spares Coordinator to support regional operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The role reports to the Regional Spares Manager and focuses on technical sales support and customer relationship management.

The position requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3–5 years of experience ( Marine/Service industry knowledge preferred), and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years' experience preferred; not strictly limited to this range.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by understanding customer needs and providing technical solutions.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with sales managers and engineers.
• Deliver technical presentations to clients to showcase features and benefits.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and partners for clear communication.
• Provide key technical information to internal and external stakeholders to support sales.
• Collaborate with automotive suppliers and technical resources to stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor processes and metrics related to sales activities to optimize outcomes.
