A marine services provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a professional to manage marine operations and documentation. The role includes communication with port authorities, record maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a High School Diploma, have 2-3 years of experience in the marine or oil and gas industries, and be familiar with HSEQ standards. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years in the Marine Industry, HSE, Oil & Gas industry.
• Knowledge of the Maritime industry.
• Knowledge of Basic Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Communicate to all masters on board and obtain vessel information for port entry.
• Maintain the records and Tracker Report file regularly.
• Assist the Fleet Manager/Port Captain with operational matters.
• Deal with port authorities’ formalities and permits.
• Maintain data of food provision-related purchases.
