Job Title : Marine Logistics Base Coordinator

Location : Karimun Island, Indonesia

Job Description :

• Coordinate assets personnel and supervise equipment maintenance and logistic base activities.
• Supervise adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate logistics and marine base operations to support vessels operating in the area.
• Ensure the correct application of the ISPS code for Port Facility.

Tasks :

• Coordinate personnel, assets, and safety on the base.
• Manage expenditure budgets and control costs.
• Ensure timely maintenance of base facilities and equipment.
• Ensure reliability of operations.
• Provide regular reporting as per company policies.
• Manage warehouse operations and stock replenishment.
• Supervise warehouse management systems.
• Enforce safety procedures and standards.
• Review inventory of patrimonial assets and handle technical requests.
• Supervise storage and maintenance of assets.
• Control schedules and costs.
• Manage marine and logistic support for vessels.
• Ensure compliance with ISPS Code and international standards for port security.

What are we looking for?

Languages : Proficiency in English.

Technical Knowledge : Ability to manage marine base operations, ensure compliance with marine and safety regulations, and oversee administrative activities related to port facility management, ISPS code, and security systems.

Experience :

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Marine & Logistics Base Coordinator in an offshore fabrication yard.
• Strong knowledge of ISPS Code and port regulations.
• Expertise in marine logistics and jetty activities supporting vessels.
• Knowledge of storage and maintenance of marine facilities and equipment.
