Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking a Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing for SeaWorld Abu Dhabi (SWAD) laboratory across haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, parasitology, and more. The role supports SWAD animal populations and the Yas SeaWorld Research & Rescue program.

Under supervision of the Senior Laboratory Manager with direction from Veterinary Pathologist, you will manage sample accessioning, analyzer operation, data entry, QC, and biosafety

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biomedical or Veterinary Lab Science or equivalent.
• Formal biosafety, quality management or diagnostics training.
• 2+ years post-lab experience in a diagnostic setting across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Handle sample accessioning, labeling, and data entry across disciplines.
• Operate and maintain automated analyzers and point-of-care systems.
• Validate results, report through approved channels, and ensure data integrity.
